ShopeePay is a temporary storage of funds within Shopee whereby you can use these funds to pay for new orders or withdraw them back to your registered bank account. 

In the event you would like to withdraw your ShopeePay balance, kindly ensure you have updated your bank account in ShopeePay with the correct details accordingly. All successful withdrawals will take 1 - 3 working days to be reflected in your registered bank account. You may refer to our Help Center article - How do I add a bank account in ShopeePay? for more information on how to add your bank account to ShopeePay. 

Once the amount has been credited to your bank account, the withdrawal status will change to Successful as per the attachment below:
